Making Changes to Field Trip
If you made reservations for your field trip:
Contact your site and cancel or reschedule your reservation and contact Dispatch at 323-342-1460 or 800-LA-BUSES to cancel your bus.
If a reservation was required by your destination and placed by School Journeys:
Contact School Journeys at 323-342-1342 and we will cancel or reschedule your reservation at the field trip destination and help cancel your bus through our Dispatch Unit.
If a reservation was not required from your site:
Contact the Dispatch Unit at 1-800-LA-BUSES to cancel your bus.
All cancellations and changes must go directly through our Dispatch Unit. Please make sure to have your trip confirmation number ready when speaking to Dispatch.
